Triathlon tips.

Everything in life is a choice or ripples of a choice (a reaction). Life itself is a choice. Every choice as we know it has a consequence- good or bad. Question is, how do we maintain consistency of good consequences?

In order for one to ensure that one experiences good consequences more often than not one must always keep in mind that life is a marathon, not a sprint. Decisions made could affect us our whole lives.

Discipline is the key to ripples of good consequences throughout ones life.

Discipline educates one on the importance of concepts such as consistency, sustainability, focus,  obligation and etc. Discipline is a system that facilitates the coding and incorporation of such notions into ones lifestyle.

Once established or once one has achieved goals , discipline enables one to block out notions of complacency and mediocrity. Discipline is the will power you get to wake up and tackle life. Keep pedalling.

Is being selfish a normal thing?

A selfish individual is someone who considers only themselves and is only concerned with their own personal gain.

Everyone is an individual before anything else. We all look out for our own best interests in every situation we come across.
Why is it a bad thing to seek personal growth before anything else?
Is it a bad thing to put yourself first and others second?

I think selfish only exists in  particular contexts and can not exist on its own. Being selfish is gaining/profiting at other people’s expense (that is the only context the word exists in); otherwise if/when you don’t affect someone else negatively from a profit/gain it is not  a selfish act.

Confidence to Resilience.

Confidence

the feeling or belief that one can have faith in or rely on someone or something.

• Be confident is your decision making.
• Be confident in your abilities
• Be confident in prospective growth.
• Be confident is yourself.

Resilience

the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness

When one is confident in oneself, their abilities and decision making, it is easier to overcome adversity, of which is inevitable in ones life journey. A little confidence goes a long way.

When one is confident in oneself it approves and allows reciprocation to take place in that regard.

Re-application.

When it comes to goals and achieving them one needs to be consistent. Consistent in how one motivates oneself on a daily basis; consistent in application - repetition with evaluation of improvement or lack there of (there’s always room for improvement).

Achieving is not a task one appoints to oneself, it’s a mindset, therefore one should incorporate constant critique, introspection and more ways for motivation into the facilitation system for overseeing/overcoming certain  tasks/obstacles/missions/visions.
